BCS is different and, for us, that means much more than just a slogan. It’s an easy and compelling marketing technique to claim to be different from the others and it may well impress customers. But what’s more important is the ability to prove the foundation of these claims. At BCS, we strive to make our customers notice this difference right from the first contact.

In fact, this is a self-developing process. The intrinsic commitment that you feel and see in everything we do eventually eliminates the slightest chance of getting any lesser results. Not everything can be perfect every time. Whoever claims otherwise is simply not telling the truth and instinctively we are all aware of this. However, our customers know that we are committed to doing our best, in good faith, and will strive to overcome all obstacles. It is all about producing results that demonstrate our ambition to do a good job. This is manifested in our customer loyalty rate which is above 90% and in our non-conforming service rate of 0.0016% according to ISO 9001:2008 standard.
